Artists at Work

We have started work on our paintings that are inspired by Claude Monet's paintings of waterlilies. He had a lovely house and garden at Giverny near Paris. He created a flower garden and a water garden and they are still there for people to visit and enjoy.

Monet was an Impressionist painter and when he painted water he used slabs of colour to create the impression. We are trying to use slabs of colour too. We hope you will enjoy our finished works of art. Please come to our assembly on Friday the 24th to see them. Thank you.
